Michael J. Curran
Mike Curran is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Boston Equities Exchange LLC (BeX), a recently created strategic venture among the Boston Stock Exchange, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Fidelity Investments Company, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch to form an all-electronic equities exchange; and Chairman and CEO of the Boston Stock Exchange (BSE), a national securities exchange. He also serves on the Board of the Boston Options Exchange, LLC (BOX), a joint venture partnership with the BSE, Montreal Exchange, Interactive Brokers, Citadel Derivatives, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and UBS, LLC that launched an all-electronic options exchange in 2004.

Since joining the Exchange in September 2001, Mr. Curran has outlined a course that focuses on innovative technology, profitability and strategic partnerships. He joined the Exchange as the chief information officer, and quickly made a dramatic impact on the technology and reliability at the Exchange. Mr. Curran became chief operating officer in 2003, CEO in 2004, and chairman and CEO in 2005.

C. Thomas Richardson
Mr. Richardson is President of the Boston Equities Exchange LLC (BeX). He joined BeX from Citigroup’s Corporate and Investment Banking division (CIB) where he spent over 12 years in institutional equity trading. Most recently, he was a Managing Director of Citigroup, incubating and running a variety of businesses, and responsible for building and managing the firm's strategic investment portfolio in US Equities. Mr. Richardson served as the Chairman of Citigroup’s Best Execution Committee and as Chairman of the NASDAQ Quality of Markets Committee. He was also a member of the NYSE Market Performance Committee, and a member of the Securities Industry Association Trading Committee. Mr. Richardson is a cum laude graduate of The University of Richmond.

Ray Bourgoin
Ray Bourgoin is Senior Vice President/Chief Technical Officer (CTO). Ray is responsible for managing the Information Resources Group, which is responsible for maintaining the technical infrastructure of the organization.

Amie Dawson
Amie P. Dawson is Senior Vice President/Director of Human Resources and Facilities. Ms. Dawson is responsible for the organization’s structural development including its people, policy, processes and facilities. Before joining the Exchange, Ms. Dawson worked in the technology sector at Cambridge Technology Partners, and the financial services sector at The Boston Company and Mellon Bank. Ms. Dawson graduated from the State University New York at Cortland.

Yann L'Huillier
Yann L'Huillier is Senior Vice President/Chief Information Officer (CIO). He is responsible for the Information Service Group which provides the functional, technical architecture and research & development, development, and quality assurance. He is in charge of the trading systems, and front and back office applications. Mr. L'Huillier has 15 years of experience within the Stock Exchange industry in Europe and North America. In his previous job, his responsibility was the design and development of the Toronto Stock Exchange Trading Systems. Mr. L'Huillier has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Montpellier in France.

Marybeth Shay
Marybeth Shay is Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for the Boston Equities Exchange LLC (BeX). She has responsibility for Business Development, Product Development, Customer Service and the Market Operations Center. Ms. Shay has been with the Exchange since 1994. Prior to joining the BSE, she worked for Colonial Mutual Funds in sales and management capacities. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the BSX Group, LLC. Ms. Shay holds a Bachelors degree from Boston College.

Anthony K. Stankiewicz
Tony Stankiewicz is Senior Vice President/Chief Governance Officer. In his position as CGO, Mr. Stankiewicz is responsible for Member Services, Communications, Government Relations and Governance. The department is the primary contact for participant applicants and members, listed companies, the media, and respective boards and committees. Prior to joining the Exchange, he was a staff attorney at the Massachusetts Securities Division, responsible for corporate finance, broker dealer and enforcement matters. Mr. Stankiewicz is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and Boston College.

MaryBeth Tobin
MaryBeth Tobin is the Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms. Tobin is responsible for all financial operations for the Boston Stock Exchange and each of its subsidiaries and joint ventures. She oversees accounting and reporting, payroll, treasury, taxation, insurance, budgeting, and financial planning and analysis. Ms. Tobin is a Certified Public Accountant with 15 years of experience and has held similar positions at Pitney Bowes and Saga International. She has a Masters of Science in Finance from Boston College and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College. Ms. Tobin teaches accounting and finance courses at Stonehill College.
